Exchange and Shipping Policy

The transportation used to send packeges is USPS and has a minimum charge of $5.00.  The average delivery time is 1-3 days in Puerto Rico and 3-6 U.S, after the packaging process what can add to period 1-2 days.

We are not responsable for lost packages, stolen or incorrect adresses provided by customer.  If the package is returned to the headquarters for missing information at the address, the shipping cost will be recovered.

We do not aceept returns for money refund. The customer can change it for a piece of equal or higher as long as he pay the difference. Customer is responsable for return shipping costs. The credit will be granted once the piece is received and has to be in perfect conditions, with no traces of use. Is the piece has any damage, it will be changed for free within 5 days of shipment. Accesories, lingerie, swimwear and pieces from Hustle collection not have any warranty after use.
